I am fed up on overpaying Verizon and the declining quality of customer service. Tiredof the surprise charges on my bill and even worse customer service associates when trying to get something corrected. I have been with Verizon for years!! They have NO loyalty and have no care for me as a customer! Looking into #GetoutoftheRed with Tmobile. It is an excellent offer! Anyone looked into it?

Oh wow . In My case, I would save 60/month if I keep my tablet and
85/month savings if I don't. Also, there is no fluffed up charges such
'line access fee' for any device I add. On one occasion, Verizon had the
audacity to tell me I am only paying one line access fee. I had to walk
them through the bill to see that it's not the case. They weren't familiar
with their own billing system. Smh

I have never had any surprise charges on my bill. I have not found customer service to be lacking. I have been a customer since 2011.
I also was a customer of TMobile. I had issues with their customer service. LOTS of issues. That was above the connectivity of the network. The reason that they say no surprise charges or line access fess is because they put it all in one price. You still pay the line access fee, you just get quoted one singular price. Verizon quotes the one singular price then breaks it down to show what makes up that price. To me, that is clear disclosure. Why? Well, taxes and regulatory fees vary from county to county. How can TMobile charge one price to everyone that INCLUDES these takes and regulatory fees? Seems to me that you may pay more than you probably should if your county has a lower rate of doesn't wish to charge some of the fees.

Yes, charges are broken down with each one, and one is presented as one
easy monthly payment. Besides that point I have been a customer longer
and that's my experience unfortunately with Verizon. I don't enjoy surprise
charges and inconsistency. I have had to literally document each
interaction with the company and have had to go higher for them to realize
and addresse the inconsistencies within their customer service. Thank you.

What kind of "surprise" charges do you speak of?

I would switch in an instant if I could verify coverage at my house. This would save me $50~ per month on my bill.
