I purchased a gift card for my father for Christmas. I'm trying to help him apply it to a bill but we are having trouble using it. The numbers on the back of it do not fit the format provided on the website. I'm not sure how to enter the numbers. I've tried putting them in in all different arrangements but each time, it says that the number is invalid. I'm not sure what to do next. I've been working on this for WAY longer than the card was worth.
