I would like to know how to give feedback on fantastic customer service so that the employee earns her recognition and any rewards she may receive. I accidently cleared the store service feedback notification and haven't been able to find a way to give my feedback.
I had the BEST!!! support ever from Sarah at the Madison, Wisconsin Verizon Wireless Plaza, on Monday, August 22, 2016 at 11:45 am and 5:30 pm. Sarah was very friendly, knowledgeable, fast and professional. I hope to have her help me the next time I return. I give her 100 stars out of 5 for overall performance!

I was near the end of my line. And a service representative, by the Name of [removed], (Mountain standard time location) saved my business relationship with your company.
Gemellen was eager, empowered, and empathetic...3 "E's" that saved the day. After speaking with [removed](phone), [removed](text), [removed] (phone), and two more I do not recall by name, and [removed], in person at a verizon store. Just amazed it could not be rectified in person, at a brick and mortar location?...I was about to lose my mind? Albeit [removed]did offer to cancel my order and lose my promotion kit. With no other recourse.
Each representative let me know, "you are going through, what thousands of customers are experiencing, no worries, your phone will soon arrive" NOPE. They passed the buck, did not take ownership, did not step up.
AND LOOK...[removed]just called me as I was typing this, to follow-upon another purchase. Amazing service! But I digress...
...What [removed]did was simple, she empowered herself to take ownership of my call. She encountered myriad "error codes" in her path, and she worked around them each and every time. Keeping the call positive, realizing I had been through 6 days of dissapointment.
After managing resorts in the hospitality world for 20 years, I want to make sure you give proper acknowledgement to [removed], for going above and beyond.
And of course...what ever it is you are paying her, it is not enough! 🙂
