I just wanted to file a complaint, I was on the phone with one of your customer service agent and she left me on hold for 10 minutes but I was on the phone with her for an hour with my issue not being resolved and She didn’t even get back on the phone instead a guy answered the phone and was able to help me with getting a discount simple. This lady did not know how to do her job nor give excellent customer service. Please train your employees better when dealing with customers.
