So the Verizon reps said I needed a new SIM card to get my phone working I'm having weak signal problems that only started a month ago so I put this SIM card in power my phone back up I'm getting more bars now I think problem solved ah but I go to make a call and can't I'm roaming So what do I do now?

Call 1-800-922-0204 from a different phone to make sure that the SIM card is programmed correctly.

I'm glad one of the issues was solved WhiteScreen! Let's get that roaming issue resolved now. Please go to Settings> Mobile Data> Data Roaming> Allow Access For All Trips. Then select Preferred Network> LTE/CDMA. (As long as you're on a Nationwide plan and in the U.S., you won't incur additional charges.)
