Verizon has had me call into the fraud dept 5 times for my order. I have verified and been told my order has been approved each time. Low and behold my order is hold again. I have wasted hours on the phone talking to people that have no clue how to do their jobs. This company is a fudging joke and i despise having to speak to them
I certainly do not want you to feel this way. What is the status of your order at this time? Are you a brand new customer or an established customer that ordered something?
