Why is it [Everytime I have posted my question] telling me that I don't have permission to ask questions about my phone? Question was:
"Hello, I have some questions about my new Samsung Galaxy Note 4 and it's Samsung apps. ...who could I talk to about that?"
Why is that a problem?
