Hey Verizon, you guys are throttling down my service again.  Please get me back up to speed, as I am paying extra to not be throttled down.

Also, please answer your phones.   If not, can you let me know a better option (Sprint/Att).

Yep! 10 year customer and lying tech reps who hide behind bot/chat. Outages across the US - no ETA and the throttling is sucking a new battery 

Verizon, what company is sick of you? That’s who I’d like. Thank god for 3 hours of screenshots from your reps convos! Lies and knowingly unnecessary steps to ‘fix’ wastes my time and fills your pockets
