Home connect phone rings once then pauses

No, same location as it has been for 5 years. It rings once, pauses, rings again, goes to voicemail. If you call from another you hear it ring from that phone.

I have private message,  tells me to click link, no link. I’ve signed in, but message may not open.

The interruption in the ring can be the device trying to connect to the carrier. *Rhonda

I get a lot of “I can help you with that” have not gotten any help yet!!!

AT&T DLP72412, this is a new phone,  three months old,  the Verizon device is the new one that took the place of the 3g model. It would ring fine before change.

We want this resolved ASAP.  When did this issue first start (right after activating the new device, etc.)?  Does this happen with all calls or just some?

Right after, couple of days, after new device. It happens on all calls. Rings once then pauses, like person hung up.
