Horrible Experience With Upgrade

Since Verizon doesn't have an email contact for customer service, I'll just vent here on my recent upgrade from heck.   Ordered the new 11 Pro last week and paid to have it delivered before 10 am.  Fedex tried to deliver at 1:30 pm (also have the delivery person on my sercurity digging around in his nose before placing the door tag, disgusting).   I decided to return and get the 11 Pro Max,  didn't pay for the uselsess shipping before 10 am.   They delivered at 8:17 am while I was in the shower.   I have NEVER had Fedex deliver a package before noon if it wasn't a special service.   So for the second time I have to deal with going to fedex and wasting my time.

Why does Verizon not allow the choice of delivery without signature?  I would be willing to sign a waiver that I'm responsible for loss or theft.   I would have chosen pick up at the store if it was available.   Think about using UPS, they are the lesser of two evils.

1) Verizon isn't FedEx.

2) Being indecisive on which phone you want is neither on FedEx nor Verizon, that's on you.

3) Phones have breached the thousand dollar mark. If someone stole your new phone, you'd be complaining why your package was allowed to be left without a signature.
