What is actually going on with Verizon in the Denver/Metro area? I live in Arvada/Westminster/Broomfield area and Verizon service has dropped to almost zero. Dropped calls, calls no connecting, bad reception, the list goes on. Maps and navigation will not work. When you call Verizon they actually admit that the area is a "poor coverage" area. Why then does Verizon still expect folks to actually pay their bills? When will Verizon decide to do something about the poor coverage and horrible service? We have tried every single possible fix...new phones, new sim cards, restore/reset phones, shut off some phone services (which, by the way, is absolutely stupid...why then even purchase a smart phone). Not so much asking a question as venting on behalf of myself and numerous neighbors who are getting zero support from Verizon. My neighborhood is even joining a twitter hash fee to move their complaints to social media.
