Horrible reception 33954

Been getting horrible reception on both my iphone 6 s plus and ipad mini 4. Only 1 or 2 bars. I almost never get three.

I am a new customer and I find this ridiculous, I am about to let sprint buy out my contract and move on.

If you aren't happy, take the phones back before the 14 days are up.

Overall, Verizon has the best coverage, especially for voce calls over their 1x network. But, Verizon can't always the strongest signal in every single location. The same is true for all the other providers as well. Just depends on where you are in relationship to the closest towers.

It affects voice and data. Two bars at the most. Both iPhone and & iPad mini 4.

If you have had the service less than 14 days, you are within your rights of the return policy period to cancel the service, return the phones and port back to your previous carrier.

You have bad reception because Verizon is a horrible company that does not care about their costumers in any way. Verizon is only concerned with how much they can charge you and how little they can do for such a large fee.
