These devices were purchased in February 2016. No water damage or any other damages

If you aren't happy, take the phones back before the 14 days are up.

Overall, Verizon has the best coverage, especially for voce calls over their 1x network. But, Verizon can't always the strongest signal in every single location. The same is true for all the other providers as well. Just depends on where you are in relationship to the closest towers.

I'm glad you've been taking care of your new phones, yahhzoo. I looked into the 33954 area and see a number of towers in the area. I understand you mentioned the trouble is also outside your home. How far from your home do you need to travel to have decreased service issues? Does the call trouble occur no matter who you reach out to? Please go to www.speedtest.net from any of the devices and let me know what your speed test results are.
