Just in the past couple months I went from being able to make a call and my phone ringing in my home to not being able to make a phone call and my phone going straight to voice mail. I pay way too much for service I should be able to use it . I think it's time to call another cell company and see what they got

44633 galaxy S7 also I'm minutes from a verizon store which looks bad for you guys also .dont sell them in my town if you dont get service
