Verizon has gone to garbage!!! I use to brag how good Verizon was and now my friend and family members from t mobile get better service then I do. I use to have no problems at lake and mountains and now I can’t even get my phone to load anything or even send a text!!! Has anyone else experienced this too? I’m about to head to t mobile or AT&T

If it's bad, switch. There's nothing sacred about your cellular provider.
As for service, imagine you found a hot spring and you share what you found. Eventually it becomes an overcrowded mess and you wish you didn't spread the word. That's Verizon at this point. More advertisement than service.

I’ve experienced the same thing. I’ve had Verizon for years -always had great coverage, but in the last couple months something has happened. I have no coverage in my house so I can’t make phone calls when I’m at home 😐

My husband and I are in Mcloud, OK and we are losing signal daily at this point. The internet stalls, videos won't play, calls drop, texts come late or don't send. We are sick of it. I have to get on wifi just to type this out because the web page wouldn't load through my service. We pay for the 5G unlimited plan for both phones, have newer phones that are up to date, and have gone through all the troubleshooting steps that the support page gives with no resolution. It even drops in Oklahoma City.

I am a new customer and I already feel like the service is horrible compared to T-mobile. I tried to sort out my trade-in and just got the push around and then said they fixed it. I asked for a confirmation email but just got a text saying “CUSTOMER LITERATURE ORDER LETTER GENERATED” no ticket number no email. I have a feeling ill be calling again next week because nothing was done.
