Horrible treatment.

have been having issues with the connection of my hum device. I actually have two of them and neither of them work I have been paying for them for the past 5 months and they still have not worked. One gentleman offered to send me new ones which I received and they still do not work. I am paying money for service I don't get. I have called repeatedly asking for help and nobody wants to help me today I had some issues with the supervisor who wouldn't even let me talk with somebody about her. I decided to go to the store and the store clerk at Verizon called me a faggot and was verbally abusive to me. I am appaled and outraged. I think I will seek the BBB and FTC and well as the Consumer Fraud for relief of this company. Now to seek an attorney. As if being diagnosed with cancer wasnt bad enough this year. Inwant to cancel my sevice after all this but they still laugh in mybface telling me i have to pay ETF,  even after my horrid experiences with this place. Nasty company.

i'm empathetic to the pathetic treatment you got. im in a wheelchair myself, and had a new device returned to store because i don't own a fedex station, and when i asked for exchange the said its their call to decide if to exchange regardless of why i wanted it exchanged, then told me to leave or police will be called. i know lifes tough, but there's a viral amount of predatory treatment outside and online. for people like us, its a moral violation to be treated like that. i say start a petition to have that employee removed,period.ive gotten alot of abrasive responses throughout, and the good news id im glad im not them.
