I have an M2100 Jetpack. My plan is up to date and current. The device would not connect to the internet so I went through all the reset steps. Nothing worked. Verizon sent me a new SIM. Still the device did not connect to the internet. Verizon sent me a replacement M2100 Jetpack and I swapped the SIM into the device. Still the device did not connect to the internet. What could possibly be going on???
