How Do I Report An Outage In My Area?

I have had no service since yesterday when we had a very bad storm, but I can not see how I am to report this outage when I have no service in my area.  I would like to find out how long they expect it to be before service is returned and if they even know my area is with out service.

Do you have access to a landline? The only way to report an outage or find out the status of an outage is to call customer service at 1-800-922-0204.

Lol! They wanted me to chat bot with them and sent me a text message - well, that won't work if the service is down! Guess you can't call them either!
