Hello all, I am curious what can be done to complain about an
area that has bad reception.
I work in a large office complex and myself and many other Verizon
customers in the area discuss how bad the reception is where we work. It used
to be decent but in the past year or so it has become almost unusable.
I knew I was having considerable issues but I was hoping that
when I upgraded by phone it wouldn't be so bad or at least improve somewhat.
However even with my new phone I can't even sent a txt message without having
to hold my arm up and hope that it goes through.
Considering that multiple coworkers are experiencing the same
issue I believe that this should be reported.
However I don’t know the proper route to go through. Can anyone advise?

+1 I wanted to Add is the Reception Better when you go outside the Building and have you Tried going on the North or South Side of the Building with to see witch is Better..Might not hurt giving it a try and something to think about the Company might have installed Equipment to control cellphone use..
