How can I resolve switch over promotion?

[removal required by the Verizon Wireless Terms of Service]  cell 1 traded in

[removed] cell 2 traded in

Tracking number [removed]

That was given to me from trade in dept

and was told to give to switch over dept

to let u guys know that the phones were received

on feb 12 They are stating the reason the switch over

dept did not give credit is because is because Verizon has

lost phones initially when they were sent in . Again I am

dos all the leg work to rectify this . I also need you guys

to get on same page I have an account manager telling

He will override the whole situation if I get him my last

TMobile bill which I can not get due to us being in collection

Because this debacle started back in January .

Now back to where my adventures have gotten me

trade in drop gave me tracking number and said give that number

and u will get credit . They said records indicate you are

not getting credit because of not handing over trade in phones

Within 45 days which we now know was false.  PLEASE help

us and see if this miracle tracking number will rectify issue

If not our only course of action is to contact a lawyer for

breach of promotion and contract . We did nothing wrong

here but submit all paperwork from beginning and followed directions

as we were told Its 6 months later we don't know what else to do
