I was overcharged by Verzion by over $460 because there was some mix up in the device agreement numbers.
I have been trying to fix my bill now for over a month and I have spent over 8 hours with multiple Verizon representatives on the phone who assured me that my bill would be fixed but the issue still has not been resolved.
How I can reach out to someone at Verizon who can actually help? It’s been a very frustrating experience.
