I was on the phone with a Verizon Agent today because I was having problems changing my mobile number. I received a incident number for my work order. I feel as if he was trying to rush me off the phone because he could not fix my problem. When I went to enter my incident number it did not work. All I’m trying to do is change my number and no one seems like they can help me. What is going on with Verizon? I’ve been a customer for 4 Years and this is ridiculous.
