I had a horrible conversation today with an online rep by the name of Brittany. She was sassy and rude and did not want to help me. At one point she states, "I do not make the deals." And when asked to speak with a supervisor she replies, "there is none around." I said I will wait until one does then. Then she cancelled the conversation. I want to file a written complaint but need to know how. Someone please help!!!
This reads of information being left out. Verizon reps don't make the deals, this is a fact.
Was it really reluctance to help you or was it asking a rep to do something they are unable to do then trying to escalate over it?
