I have had to worst possible day with your online customer support: I have been on hold for over 2 hours, hung up on and still on a call for over hour and half and NO resolution. Your supervisor can’t even be bothered to take my call. I have been an Verizon customer since I was 16 and that is over 26 years and you are about to loose me, my husband, my son and the rest of my family. I upgraded to unlimited to receive a free phone only to get to an actual store to pick up my order and found out it was entered incorrectly no one can even fit it. I was told I had to wait a whole month to change out of unlimited. This is unacceptable and ridiculous.
