I’m going on my 23rd person I’ve spoken to from Verizon and fourth supervisor who has yet to call me back, my bill went up $500 and I keep getting the runaround. Has anyone dealt with this has anyone been able to actually get someone at Verizon to help them or do I just assume that I’m messed up and VERIZON has the worst customer service of all time?
