Clicked on a bad email because I was dumb. Malwarebytes didn't find anything but about a day after Security and Privacy found three instances of a Svpeng ransomware and successfully removed them. I've run a scan since then and it didn't find anything, but was curious if doing a backup and factory reset would still be advisable?
