How do I redo a port request?

Hey, I got a new phone with Verizon wireless and I called customer service to transfer my old phone carrier over, but the request was automated and asked for an account number and pin. I got confused because my previous carrier is Tracfone which has no bills and i didn't know what the account number or pin was so I skipped both. The port has taken longer than 24 hours so I'm pretty sure I've should of not skipped. According to the internet the account number is the same as the phone's serial number so is there any way I can add that information? Thanks!

They should be able to help walk you through.  Call from a landline or other phone...obviously.
