How do I remove the caller greeting ( Please enjoy this Verizon Ringback tone while your caller is reached) before my ringback tone is played?

The Caller Greeting is a short message callers hear before the Ringback Tone is played. It introduces the Ringback Tones to your callers in case they're unfamiliar with the service. You may turn the Caller Greeting on or off at any time through the Verizon Tones app or the Media Store. Refer to our Verizon Tones How to Use Guide to learn how to do this.
