We always want to make sure that you know all your options when it comes to identifying your callers. Due to a number of different “spoofing” options these days, the best option would be to check your call history on www.verizonwireless.com or on your MyVerizon application. Spoofing just refers to the ability to show a “fake number, lack of numbers, and other things” when making an outbound call. There are many different ways this can be done which can make the caller ID unreliable at times. This is why viewing your call history through us as your carrier is the probably most dependable option. There are also third party applications and methods you can use, but we would be unable to assist with these. Does this help to clarify?
