I have called Verizon over 5 times now and spent multiple hours on the phone all to still have an unresolved issue - an issue which is quite simple by the way. I have requested specifically to speak with a supervisor after over 6 representatives were unable to close out the issue, and was told they would call my mobile number within 30 minutes - that was over 4 hours ago and I have received no communication since then. The lack of customer service at Verizon to resolve a simple issue is simply unacceptable.
