How do I view texts online?

How do I view text messages online?? I know I can't view content, but need numbers & Time info.. Thanks!!!

Text message content and numbers are not accessible through My Verizon or any Verizon system really. The text message times and numbers are can't be 'given out' as pursuant to Customer Privacy and Customer Proprietary Network Information. Theres a special department that requires legal authority to access the contentof these text messages.

The times and numbers texted are too available online through the account owner's MyVerizon account. It is viewed under the usage details.

Yes, as Ann said, the account owner can see the date / time / sender / receiver / Message type information for text messages. You cannot see the content of the text messages.

I know I used to be able to see times and numbers, but cannot anymore! Anyone know why? THere isn't even anything to click on to view them

Assuming you are logged in as the Account Owner, you can still view text logs:  View Usage > Breakdown of Recent Activity > use the drop-down to select the appropriate line

Let's get you back to managing your call and messages successfully online chelsers06. I understand you had the ability to view this information in the past. Are you getting a certain error message when trying to view your usage or does it not give you the ability to view this information at all? Are you the Account Owner or Account Member online?

If you are the Account Owner, you will have the ability to view call details and text message usage online to all lines on the account. If you are an Account Member, you will have the ability to view the calls and text for your line only. However, please keep in mind, text content is not available online only date, time, and number you received or sent a text too. Once you sign into your My Verizon account online, to the left hand side under the Account Management section is a link to view usage. Click on the view usage link. This would then allow you to view current unbilled calls or text details. For more information on how to manage your account online click http://vz.to/16Bw1Ft. Verizon USED to allow you to see the actual TEXT MESSAGE, in its entirety, online. That was in the days when their service was worth the price.

Go to this site, sign in, and it will save your texts from when you sign up. I can't remember, but I think it's the same login as your usual Verizon Wireless account. You can even send texts using this site. I found it on Verizon, once upon a time, but had trouble finding it on their site recently. I lose/break my phone occasionally so I set this up last year. I recommend bookmarking this site. You do have to keep logging in though to check your messages. It times you out after a bit and then you have to log in again to see if you got new messages.

Please see instructions below which explain how to access your text messages online with the Verizon Messages web app.

Please note that if you have an iOS device, you must turn off iMessage by going to Settings → Messages on your iPhone and choose OFF. You can turn iMessage back on if you stop using Verizon Messages.

WEB - How to Use Messages+ on the WEB

Verizon Wireless customers can use the Messages+ app on the WEB. To create your WEB account: 

Go To Verizon Messages: Take Texting to the Next Level

Then, select 'Go to Web App' link and follow the on screen directions.  You will be directed to your MYVERIZON.COM account to set up your secured password protected account.

Once signed in, Go To:

Send a Message

WEB APP Screen Guides: 

Main Menu - includes Settings, Manage and Import contact, Sign in and out.

Conversation Menu:  View media shared between contacts, Print, Export and Remove messages

WEB APP: Messages are saved on the server for ONLY 90 days.

This means that messages no older than 90 days can be Printed or Exported. 

Troubleshooting the Web:

If you are not able to reach your Messaging page on the web: Go to Browser Settings> History and clear your browser CACHE and try again.
