The contact info for Android applications is located on its Google Play Store listing. For Apple applications, the contact information might be buried in the settings for the application.

TWO4SHE2C, unexpected charges are always a surprise as I've been in similar situations. I'll be glad to help so you're able to take the proper path in getting your refund. Just to confirm, what make and model device are you using? As Ann154 stated, the refund process works a little differently depending on the operating system. Was this charge billed to your Verizon Wireless account or a debit/credit card set up on the phone?
