How do i go about adding a line?

I've tried to add a line to my 3 line family plan and it comes up with this page saying this:

 


Account Owner Features


The following activities are reserved for the Account Owner, the person financially responsible for the account.

View / pay bill
Check balance
Upgrade phone
Change calling plan
Add a line of service

 

 
Then I click continue and it brings me back to My Verizon. I am the account owner, so I don't understand why it isn't letting me. I 
think it doesn't recognize my account as the owner. How would I change that? Thanks in advance.

You will need to call up Customer Service and see if they can deregister you from My Verizon.  Once they do that, then you should be able to sign up again and designate that you are the Account Owner.

 

And while you're on the phone, they can add the line for you.
