I'm in metro-Atlanta - area code 404. When I try to make a call it says "mobile network not available" and "out of service area." This has never happened to me before, and I'm shocked that there is no online support for Verizon Wireless customers! If a problem happens after 11 pm, we're out of luck trying to get help or gain access to info!
I just spent about an hour searching the Verizon Wireless website trying to get help and am at wit's end. Have found many older posts from people several years ago suggesting an outage map. Another person more recently mentioned seeing such a map, but this website is not user-friendly in helping me find it - if such a map exists.
