How do you get answers about the quality of service and coverage at your home?

The service here in rural Monroe, NC is horrible.  We have had a tower survey and no results.  We were told a NE would greatly improve our signal.  We purchased the NE and the signal was much worse, it was returned.  We have been in contact with VZW CS too many times to count and have basically been told there are no options here.  The problem is VZW is the only provider here.  We have been loyal customers for 5+ years since the aquistion of Alltel.  In an emergency situation we may not have enough signal to reach someone.  We pay an astronomical amount for our plan and have been left with no answers.  We did visit the retail location and were told the problem was a setting in the phone and fixed, it wasn't.  We have 4 lines on our account and all have bad service, and they all are different devices.  The worst being the Galaxy s3.  Are there any help[ options for us to nail down the issue and have average service at home?

We want you to enjoy your service in as many areas as possible angulledge! What zip code are you referring to? If the network extender didn't improve your service and we have already done a network investigation, please be aware our options are limited.

No actually, since Verizon can't provide him service, you could let him out of the contract so he can go with someone who can.  Instead you force people to continue to pay you for a service you are not providing.
