I have been trying to get a new phone since April 17th. I made an online order to pick up in store. The Verizon Go store employee was rude and did not have my phone ready. Said he couldn’t get it ready because “the power is out” and couldn’t send me to antlers store. So I cancelled the order so I could reorder and get from another store. When I cancelled, it was not showing in the system as cancelled so I had a rep cancel for me. However I still couldn’t upgrade because the order is still showing “in process”. I’ve talked to several reps since then who all say they are “putting in a ticket” to get it fixed in 24-48 hours. It been longer than that and the issue still exists. No one seems to know why or how to help me other than these “tickets”. I’ve been a Verizon customer over 10 years and am now considering switching because I can’t get a new phone. My current phone is on its last leg and will probably die for good any day now with no way for me to get a new phone. How can I get a complaint in so that someone can actually figure out what’s going on?
