How long before service will be restored to Salida, CO.
We have no internet and phone service for 3 days.

I'm so sorry to hear that you're having trouble with your service! Three days is far too long to go without service. If you are still having difficulty, please tell us more about what's happening, so we can look into this more closely. Do you know of any other Verizon Wireless customers who are also having trouble?

We know how much you rely on your service, GGPA907. Three days is far too long to be without service! We understand this message was posted a couple of days ago. Are you still having issues? Are other Verizon Wireless users having the same concerns? Is it happening indoors and outdoors?
