How to Cancel Unlimited together World

I currently have Unlimited Together World service.  I want to cancel it.  It looks like it is under the add-ons catagory, but when I click on manage add-ons it does not come up.  I've spent much more time than I'd like to trying to figure this out.  I tried to contact customer service but I get sent to the automated system which is worse than useless.   I hate to go stand in line at store but that may be my only option.  Any suggestions?  Thank you.
