How to Complain about horrendous experience at Corporate store?

At 1:15 p.m. on Mon, 9/5/22 I had a horrific experience at the Verizon Corporate store in North Knoxville, TN (Callahan Drive).  I was verbally assaulted by an employee and followed to my car with continued yelling.

This behavior is so out of line and needs to be managed. Who can I let know about this? Thanks in advance. It was extremely traumatic and unnecessary.
