How to File an Authorized Reseller Complaint

I am 87yrs old and just went to "A Wireless" authorized reseller to upgrade to a new flip-phone.  They told me the phones I had printed from the website were only available to new customers and made me purchase the most expensive Samsung Convoy model for almost $10/month. 

I just found out I could have purchased many other flip phones for as little as $2/month.

How do I file a complaint and get money refunded? 

This reseller has many bad Goggle reviews and Verizon should consider revoking their authorization.
