How to get Grandsons Another Device

In order to help my grandsons get phones they could use at school for email classwork and to view videos with data like other kids, I got us 3 phones through verizon. I had actually been needing one myself so I tried hard to learn as much as I could about their needs and what options available would best suit those needs. I chose 2 droid 4s for them.

Unfortunately, I was supposed to have chosen either a "dna or rzr m." They have had the two phones now about 4 days. Brand new, nothing scratched, dinged or anything. In fact, they put them back in box when not in use. How can I exchange these for rzr phones without having to get my daughter-in-law to drive us out of town to a store?

If you had them shipped to you then you can just mail them back. If you got them in a store then you can take them back to that store. You have 14 days from the purchase date and there's a $35 restocking fee per phone.

You might to verify which Razr model as there are several versions on the Verizon Wireless network.

DOID RAZR M is only $0.99 and the DROID RAZR HD is $49.99

Both are good phones, but I would take a look at the DROID Mini or ULTRA.

Mini being $49.99 and ULTRA being $99.99
