The area in which my wife and I work has horrible cellular coverage. The 3 square blocks containing our work locations have gotten so bad that we can no longer text each other. Going outside of our work buildings does not improve cellular reception. We have tried restarting the cell phones and turning on and off Airplane mode with no success.
Having good service is definitely important so I understand how you feel. What is the location where you are having the service issue? When did the issues start? -John
