I did a search on this, and any related results that came back were several years old. We spend weekends in a resort area in NW Indiana that has pathetic cell coverage for both voice and data. It is almost unheard of to get any bars of 4G, and most of the time the signal seems to be 1X.
This is not a phone issue, as I have asked literally dozens of current and past Verizon customers in the area and everyone has had the same results. Personally, we have 2 Androids and an iPhone 5 and there is no difference in the bad reception. I found a website that tracks cell service complaints which didn't show much activity around the location, but that appears to be because most full-time residents have switched to AT&T or Sprint.
The zip code is 46349 and specifically it is the several hundred acres Southwest of the intersection on Indiana State Road 10 and Indiana State Road 55.
Can someone from Verizon answer on this? I'm ready to pass out flyers, and start an email and phone call campaign if that's what's needed.
The only official way to report an issue with the Verizon Wireless network is to call customer service at 1-800-922-0204 from a landline or *611 from your phone and request they open a trouble ticket to investigate it.
I'm most definitely NOT a VZW employee. If a post answered your question, please mark it as the answer.
We want to ensure we address the signal issues you experience in that resort area, dhirsch231. Have you been able to contact us as Ann154 suggested?

It depends on the area and cell phone providers do not guarantee service everywhere especially obscure locations. As a native Chicagoan I'm familiar with that area and you aren't gonna get much; if ever. As around and see if other services works and maybe buy prepaid phones. Otherwise it is what it is.
