I am SO SICK OF VERIZON!!!!! They offered us a deal to upgrade our phones. I am paying for 4 lines at $60 or so PER LINE just for data usage! This doesn't include the line charge or upgrades that they have been charging me at $40 or so per month per line! This is supposed to include unlimited data, Disney+, etc. However my speeds have been absolutely ASTROCIOUS as has my coverage here lately. I just speed tested my connection and it's absolutely terrible in an area that doesn't see much Verizon usage so I shouldn't be seeing speeds this slow (I also used to get much better speeds in the exact same home not even 2 years ago). Add on to the fact that the customer service I have received lately has been terrible. We were offered upgrades at no cost (besides a $20 upcharge on my personal phone from a Pixel 3XL to a Pixel 5 which has a much smaller size and I hate) and they were supposed to mail us a box to send back at their covered cost to send our old phones back. Despite calling them 4-5 times they never mailed us the box with a covered postage. So I went into the store to get a shipping label because I had to yell at them to get anything done. I am spending over $500 right now PER MONTH for a service that should have cost $20 extra or to our old bill (which was only about $200) and I am being hammered in fees because I am paying these extra costs because of THEIR ERRORS. This is after they changed the way they offered mobile tethering, without telling their customer base (which is why we get Verizon in the first place because we couldn't get good home internet) when they changed their data usage on tethering. I have been a loyal customer for several years and I am sick and tired of their terrible customer service and speeds. If this doesn't change I will be cancelling and go with Mint Mobile which doesn't have good coverage in my rural area but will save me over $400 a month. I am sick of them changing their prices, offering terrible customer service, changing plans without notice when they feel like it, etc.
JJGood91, we do regret to learn of all these issues and do want your plan and pricing to be correct on your account. With our new Unlimited Plans the cost per line should be the same for all 4 lines. There is no added line access fee anymore and the cost per line is not just for data. It's Unlimited Calls, Text and Data per line.

Data speed has slowed in most areas because many are doing the same as you. Using cellular for home data puts a load on the system. Between people working at home due to the virus and people watching and playing video, that drains the speed for everybody. Mine has dropped a lot too.
...? There is no unlimited plan where it's $60 per line for data AND a line charge. Verizon's most expensive plan costs close to that at $55 with autopay, $65 without at 4 line pricing (Get More). All unlimited plans since the retired one from 2017 had no seperate line charge.
