It tells me to call *611 but when I try it says your mobile number could not be validated. Chat is unavailable online and I have no other phone to call Verizon with.
Samsung Galaxy S4 just activated on 5-28. Its been working fine until today.
Try 1-800-922-0204 instead. That's the other number for customer service and ask for an agent.
