What a disgrace. Thank you so much for the heads up. Technically I’m paying all this money Verizon wireless + Verizon Fios for such mediocre customer. I honestly think Metro PCS provides a better service. I’ll def need to move to another carrier. Merry Christmas 🎁🎄 @9wood

I am having the same issues with their customer service or lack of. May I suggest you do the following: Send an email to Ronan Dunne, Executive Vice President and Group CEO—Verizon Consumer by going to this site and filling out the form:  https://www.verizon.com/about/our-company/leader/contact/916673, Next go to https://consumercomplaints.fcc.gov/hc/en-us/articles/205082880?from=button and file a informal complaint with the FCC. Good Luck

You are eager to assist me ? You said that since December 26th and today is the 28th and your incompetent team just closed my ticket with no refund. What am I supposed to do now ?
