Angel B was my customer service rep. and I was experiencing a very complicated problem with my service. He spent an enormous amount of time with Verizon Tech support to resolve the problem.
He was tenacious in getting it done. A very special employee. I appreciate everything that he did.
Employees like him are hard to find.
He is a credit to his company...
