I WAS ON 'CHAT' FOREVER - chat said she could not help me, ALL downhill ........   

I cld 800 922 0204  -----  don't bother.  You have one life, don't waste it !!

I got a text from Verizon regarding international charges,  then (secret question) was asked about favorite rest. in college - I did not go to college.

Last night I got  CALL on my cell, from NIGERIA ------- RED flag ...........

Now what???    TWITTER !!!!!      Thank for reading

The side effect of Verizon trying to save a buck closing centers. When you do get a rep, please don't tell at them for something not their fault. Last thing we customers need is who is left to quit.

Social media might also be faster, honestly. From what it sounds like, your My Verizon account may need to be unregistered then re-registered to reset the secret question. Could also add the free call filter.
