Having an issue with my phone/account. I just want to talk to a real live person!! In the "contact us" tab there is a title "Want to Talk to Someone?" , about mid page.. then gives you the option to select "phone". Like you're actually going to be able to speak to someone on the phone.. I don't need to hear my balance 27 times, I don't need to change my credit card info, I just want to talk to a live, oxygen breathing person..

So, you removed "profanity" but still no answers on how a paying customer can get in contact with the company.. Is this a company I want to continue doing business with?
