I just wanted to give recognition and thanks to two of the agents I spoke with today in fixing my automated port that had gone very wrong. The first rep I spoke with, who I unfortunately forgot her name since I spoke to so many people, stayed on the line with me over an hour, through multiple warm transfers, until resolution. Also, Pam, from the port center, in going the extra mile to make sure my port went through without problems. They made a frusterating issue as painless as possible, and I appreciate that.
